Local Lady Passes After Long Illness
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon at Fales funeral home for Mrs. Addie Anthony, age 61, who died Tuesday morning in the local hospital where she had been a patient for the past week.
She was the widow of Edward Anthony who passed away several months ago. She had been ill for some time and during the summer had undergone treatment at University hospital, Ann Arbor.
She is survived by a son, Fred, of near Sheridan, a sister, Mrs. Charles Reece of Lansing and two brothers, Will Jeffreys of Woodard Lake and Frank Jeffreys of
the city.
Rev. W.F. Lane of the Church of God will officiate at the funeral and burial will be in Woodard Lake cemetery.
