DEATH FOLLOWS 4-YEAR ILLNESS

Frank M. Arnold, Retired Farmer,
Dies at Home in Morristown

Ill for the past four years, Frank M. Arnold, fifty-nine year old retired farmer, died at 4:00 a.m. Wednesday at his home in Morristown.
Death was caused by heart disease. Although he had been ill for an extended period, Mr. Arnold's death was unexpected.
The deceased was born in Hanover township and spent his entire life in the same community. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. James H. Arnold, and was born on July 7, 1879, being at the time of death, fifty-nine years, eleven months and twenty-one days old.
Mr. Arnold was married to Ethel Dennis in 1910. She preceded him in death in 1923.
He was united in marriage in 1927 with Una C. Smith, who survives with a step-daughter, Miss Erma Belle Smith. Other survivors are three brothers, W. Scott, of Indianapolis; Oler, of Rushville, and William R. Arnold, of Gwynneville; three sisters, Mrs. Harry Talbert, of Morristown; Mrs. Pearl Rutherford, of Washington state, and Mrs. Ona Fletcher, of Princeton.
Mr. Arnold was an active member of the Gwynneville U.B. Church for forty years, and funeral services will be held there Friday at 2:00 p.m., with the Rev. E.R. Schwartz, of Selma, officiating, assisted by the Rev. Roy Laswell, pastor of the Gwynneville church.
Burial in charge of Ezra Carmony will be made in the Hanover cemetery. Friends may call at the late home at any time.
