According to the Williamson County, TN. marriage records Stanfield married Drucilla SKINNER on 21 Oct 1847. I found that Stanfield was buried in what is known as HARTLEY Cemetery in Cross Keys, Williamson Co. TN. I went there to visit his gravesite and to see who he was buried near. Along side of him was Priscilla ANDERSON. This made me think that maybe her name was HARTLEY except for the fact that the cemetery was also filled with just as many SKINNERs and they were in the middle of them all. There was no grave for a Drucilla. In the 1860 census Stanfield's wife name is Sallie and in the 1870 census she is listed only as P. ANDERSON. In the sale of his estate his wife is mentioned as Priscilla. I can find no marriage record for Stanfield and Priscilla. END QUOTE
