Lona- Funeral services for Lona Cunningham, age 83, will be held at the Quinlan Funeral Home, with Rev. David Hammond officiating.
Interment will follow at Campbell-Elrod Cemetery in Corsicana, with Russell Looney, Timothy Culberson, Jeffery D'Amico, Kevin Cunningham, David Chambers and Josh Chambers serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will be at 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. Thursday, July 15, 2004, at Quinlam Funeral Home.
Mrs. Cunningham passed away at 9:13a.m., Tuesday, July 13, 2004, at the Presbyterian Hospital in Greenville. She was born on March 11, 1921, in Hernderson County to George Thomas and Sara Ann Freeman Watts. She married E.H. Cunningham at Quinlan, on April 24, 1948. He survives.
Mrs. Cunningham was a homemaker. Other survivors included: three daughters, Mildred Weaver of Dallas, Tx, Mary Culberson and her husband, James, of McKinney, Martha D'Amico of Royse Ciy; two sons, Bobby Cunningham and his wife, Casey, of Royse City, Buddy Cunningham and his wife, Cathey of Royse City; four grandsons, Russell Looney, of Royse City, Timothy Culberson, of McKinney, Jeffery D'Amico, of Rockwall, Kevin Cunningham, of Rockwall; three great-granddaughters, Libby Looney of Quinlan, Larissa Looney of Royse City, and Hannah Culberson of McKinney; special nephew and niece, Vernon and Hazel Watts, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one son, Billy C. Cunningham, her parents and ten brothers and sisters.
