David Clifford Amonett, 24, of Lewisville, TX, formerly of Crossville, passed away Sept. 16, 2010. Funeral services were held Sept. 23 from the chapel of Crossville Memorial Funeral Home, with Donald Wattenbarger officiating. Burial was in Haley's Grove Cemetery in Crab Orchard.
Mr. Amonett was born Aug. 20, 1986, in Cleveland, TN.
He worked at a UPS distribution center in Texas. He enjoyed reading, listening to music, working on computers and playing with electronics.
Survivors include his mother, Ellen Sue Amonett Smith of Lewisville, TX; brothers, Timothy Williams of Crossville, Garland Kuykendall of Jasper, GA, and Michael Kuykendall of Lewisville, TX; and sister, Marie Goff of Kennesaw, GA.
He was preceded in death by his father, Garland Eugene Kuykendall; and grandparents, Arnold Amonett and Carol Lowery.
Pallbearers were Timothy Williams, Michael Kuykendall, Jay Miller, Randy Stepp, Donald Amonett and Shawn Pelfrey.
