She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. Adams; her parents, Adam Joseph Henry and Edna Bergeron Henry, and three brothers, Russell Henry, Lloyd "Bud" Henry and Adam "Puggy" Henry.

Rose Adele Adams, 87, a native and resident of Houma, died at 9 a.m. Tuesday, April 26, 2011.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time today at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, with interment in the church cemetery No. 2.

She is survived by two daughters, Patchie Haydel and husband, Lester, of Raceland, and Jean Boudreaux and husband, Ricky, of Gray; two sons, David S. Adams and wife, Mary Grace, of Houma, and Gregory Adams and wife, Terri, of Houma; one sister, Edna Mae Fanguy; 10 grandchildren; and 18 great- grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. Adams; her parents, Adam Joseph Henry and Edna Bergeron
