Elizabeth Cottam Adams
St. George, Utah
Elizabeth Adams, (Bill) mother, friend and grandmother died February 18, 2015 as the first spring flowers and trees were starting to bloom.
She was born July 19, 1919 to Heber and Asineth Cottam in St. George, Utah.
She attended Dixie College and married Neil Hortt Adams December 24, 1941; they were married 48 years.
Among her many interests, she loved gardening, photography and traveling.
She traveled into her late 80's visiting many locations around the world, often on her own as Neil, her husband of 48 years, passed away in October 1989.
Bill is survived by her sister Ellen Raye Brown,
her sons
Jack (Kathleen),
Kenneth (Donna),
and Barry,
and grandchildren
Cody,
Jennie,
Jeffrey,
Nicole
and Terri,
along with nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers please make a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital , Primary Children's Hospital, or Shriners Hospital for Children.
A graveside memorial service will be held on Monday February 23, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at the St. George Cemetery.
