Miss Mollie Berry died at 5:10 Sunday afternoon at her home in Oakley. She was forty-six years old July 4. Her death was caused by a complication of diseases. She had been ill for a long time. She was a sister of Mrs. Mary E. Day, whose death occurred Sept. 1. Miss Berry was ill at that time and unable to attend the funeral.
She was born at Concord, Ill., July 4, 1867. The family moved to Oakley in 1870, and a year later they moved into the house that has been the family home for the past forty-two years. She was a member of the Methodist church.
She is survived by one sister, Miss Priscilla Berry of Oakley and one brother, Columbus Berry of Morgan county. The funeral will be held at 10 o'clock Tuesday morning at the Oakley church. The interment will be held in the Brush College cemetery.
