Kimberly A. Antolik, 47, of Streator, died Tuesday morning, July 17, 2007 at St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria due to injuries received in an automobile accident in Streator July 11.
Mrs. Antolik was born Nov. 12, 1959, in Streator, to Fabian and Eleanor (Ross) Novak. She married Dale Antolik on Sept. 5, 1992, at St. Stephen's Church.
She was a homemaker and baby sitter and a member of St. Stephen's Church. She attended Streator grade schools and Marquette High School.
She is survived by her husband; a daughter, Jennifer (Paul) Fehr of Pontiac; two sisters, Diane (Bruce) Cooper of Lostant and Connie (Tim) Vilks of Maplewood, Minn.; and two brothers, Daniel (Judy) Novak of Lake Elmo, Minn., and David (Kim) Novak of Streator.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
