Funeral services for Cyrus M. Blue, 70, who died early Wednesday in the John Warner hospital, Clinton, following a paralytic stroke, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Kenney Christian church. Burial will be in the Old Baptist cemetery.
He was born in Macon County, Feb. 22, 1870, a son of David and Tryphena Blue, and was never married. He had lived in Kenney since 1917 and for many years was highway commissioner of Tunbridge township.
He leaves a brother, Harristown of Rich Hill, Mo., and three sisters Mrs. Emma Henderson and Ola Blue, Kenney, and Lora Payne, Mt. Pulaski.
