Isaac Morgan Forbes was the son of Peter & Sarah (Buckingham) Forbes.
Isaac was named after his grandfather Isaac Buckingham, growing up he was known as Little Ike. His middle name came from his maternal great grandfather Morgan Jones Jr.

In 1870 Isaac married Frances Mary Thorp. Frances was the daughter of James & Margaret Jane (Vance) Thorp from Ohio.
The couple had only 1 child, Rankin Caleb Forbes.
Isaac is buried next to Frances in this cemetery.
