Mrs. D. Josephine Grove, 90, of Galesburg, a former Schuyler County resident, died Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2000, at the Pinewood Healthcare Center in Monmouth. She was born May 16, 1910, in Schuyler County, the daughter of Joseph and Rosetta Jennings Busby. She is survived by two sons, Robert Grove of Marion, Iowa, and Gary Grove of rural Canton; one daughter, Rosemary Hinderliter of Canton; 18 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, James Grove; four brothers and eight sisters. Funeral services were held Saturday at Sargent-Worthington Funeral [Home] in Macomb with Rev. Martin Janick officiating. Burial was in the Christian Neck Cemetery in Schuyler County. Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
