Jacob W. Adams, 71, 7303 Mildred Road, died Thursday in Riverside Terrace Nursing Center after a long illness.
He was employed as an assembler by Aquamatic Co. for 15 years, retiring in 1974.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Delehanty Funeral Home, 401 River Lane, Loves Park. Burial will be in Cedar Bluff Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife Marian; four sisters, Mabel Clapper, Gertie Beckingham and Viva Glessner, all of Dixon and Flossie Law, Sterling; and two brothers, Wilbur, Oregon, and Glen, Dixon.
