Obituary from the Edwardsville Intelligencer (Edwardsville, Madison County, Illinois), Friday, October 6, 1967:
Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Allaria, 72, formerly of Glen Carbon, who died Monday afternoon at San Francisco, when she was struck by an auto that morning, will be held Tuesday at Collinsville.
Mass will be said at 9:30 a.m. at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church there; burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Edwardsville.
Mrs. Allaria had lived in Glen Carbon 48 years prior to moving to San Francisco two years ago.
She was born in Mohawk, Mich., where her sister, Mrs. James Warra, resides. Surviving besides the sister are one son, Anthony, of San Francisco.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Domenic, in 1943, and her son John.
The body is at the Herbert A. Kassly Funeral Home, Collinsville, where friends may call after 7 p.m. Sunday. The Rosary will be said at 8 o'clock that evening at the funeral home.
Note: According to her death certificate, her father's name was August Nelson. It also lists her son (Anthony Allaria) as informant, and gives his address as 1930 30th Avebue, San Francisco, CA. It lists her address as 280 Lake Merced Blvd. Apt. 16, Daly City, San Mateo County, CA
