Mr. Albano, widower of Martha A. (Daniels) (Gray) Albano, died Monday, June 15 at Waterbury Hospital.
He was born on October 26, 1916 in Amston, son of the late Rocco and Pauline (Papiska) Albano. He lived in Oakville before he moved to Walerbury in 1992. He worked for New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad for 32 years before he retired. He later worked for Possemato Plumbing for 10 years. He was a member of the American Association of Retired Persons and Evergreen Club of Waterbury Hospital. He was an avid bowler.
He leaves three sons, Louis R. Albano of Toney, Ala., Lester Gray of Wolcott and Ernest Gray of Waterbury; a daughter, Alma Thompson of Oakville; 12 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
