Obituary.
Mrs. Ambrose Carlson died at her home in Verona, Tuesday, April 23, at 3:15 o'clock p.m. of paralysis.
Caroline Sophia Person (sic) Carlson was born in Sweden, September 18, 1841. She was one of the old residents of Clay county (sic), having lived here for forty years. She leaves to mourn her death five sons and two daughters, who have the sympathy of the entire community in their bereavement.
The funeral was held Thursday afternoon from the residence, conducted by the Rev. Mr. Erickson. Interment was in the Verona cemetery (sic).
