Birth: Nov. 22, 1847
Death: Nov. 20, 1911

Written by Roselea Pfieffer

Hanna Cisne was born in Johnson County, Iowa, November 22, 1847. She was married to Fred Ahlbright January 18, 1866. She died at 6:30 a.m., Nov. 20, 1911.

To this union were born eleven children, nine daughters and two sons. One daughter and one son preceded her to the better land.

She united with the Methodist church of Iowa City at an early age and ever remained a true and faithful Christian.
She was a loving and devoted wife and mother, ever trying to do good and smooth the path of others.

The funeral took place at the family home at 3:30 Wednesday afternoon, conducted by Rev. A.R. Rossman of Edgar, form pastor of the M.E. Church of Trumbull.

For almost four years she had been a helpless invalid without a moment free from pain, but she bore it all with patience, scarcely murmuring.

Interment was in Greenwood Cemetery.

Mrs. Fred Albright, a pioneer settler in Adams County, died at 6:30 this morning at her home in West Blue Township. Muscular rheumatism was the cause.

Funeral services will be held at the family home at 3:30 Wednesday afternoon and burial will be at Greenwood cemetery in West Blue Township.

Mrs. Albright would have been 63 years old. She was the daughter of John Cisney and was born in Johnson County, Ia., from which place she came with her family to West Blue Township in 1873 and has since resided on their original homestead. On January 16, 1866, she married Frederick Albright, in Iowa who survives her. To this union were born nine daughters and one son, all living except one daughter. The son, A.F. Albright lives in Trumbull. Two daughters are married -- Mrs. J.E. Huff of Hansen, and Mrs. Orville Smith, of Doniphan -- and the others reside at the family home. Mrs. Huff gave birth to a daughter at 9 o'clock last night.
