Shelia attended school in Cedar Rapids, Nebraska, and also Bahner's School of Beauty in Fremont.
In 1990, she married Edward Loughman. She married Vernon Allen in 2000.
Shelia loved children, outdoor activities, and her pets.
She is survived by her husband, Vern Allen; daughter, Anastasia Waymire; sons, Charles (Ashley) Loughman and Brenden Loughman; stepson, Justin Allen; stepdaughter, Michaela Allen; parents, James Waymire and Phyllis Waymire; grandmother, Rachel Harvey; granddaughter, Erna Loughman; foster children, Rachel Brabec and Brandon Messerly; sisters, Tracy (Mark) Zentner; Cynthia (Scott) Greger; Cheryl (Duane) Ransdell, and Jean Beiermann; brother, Allen (Marilyn) Waymire; sister-in-law, Lisa Loughman and a host of relatives and friends.
Shelia was preceded in death by grandparents Floyd and Bertha Waymire and Charles Harvey.
Graveside service were at the Dublin Cemetery, Primrose, NE.
