Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Blue Valley Cemetery near Ayr with Edward Warner officiating.
An automobile mechanic, Mr Allen once was a troubleshooter for General Motors Corp.
Survivors are his wife, Lillie of Harvard; one son, Elmer Jr. of California; one daughter, Betty of California.
