Mrs. Ella Jane Reynolds, 73, wife of George Reynolds, died at her home in Langeloth on Wednesday, April 2, 1952. A daughter of the late Andrew and Mary Ann Logan Phillis, she was born in Cherry Valley, July 16, 1878, and had resided in Langeloth for 24 years. She was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church o Burgettstown. Surviving in addition to her husband, are six step-children: Mrs. Fay Noah, Burgettstown; Mrs. Leona McBee, Langeloth; Raymond, Cleveland, Ohio; George of Hays'; Robert, Baldwin Township and Lee, at home; one brother, J. L. Phillis, Burgettstown, one sister, Mrs. Anna Mary Ralston, Bulber; 16 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Services will be held at the Lee & Wilson Funeral Home, Burgettstown, Saturday, April 5, Rev. Sherman Wilson in charge. Interment in Fairview Cemetery. - Washington Observer and Washington Reporter, April 3, 1952.
