INDIAN ORCHARD - Yvonne Emelda (Gagne) Gonyea, 86, passed away Thursday April 15, 2004 at a nursing home in Westfield. She is survived by her loving husband of 66 years James L. Gonyea. Born in Springfield, she moved to Southwick in 1959, and moved to Indian Orchard in 1992. She had been a communicant of St. Aloysius/St. Jude Church in Indian Orchard. Besides her husband, Yvonne is also survived by her son Richard Gonyea and his wife Celia of East Windsor CT and her daughter Susan Miemiec and her husband Stanley of Westfield. She will also be missed by her brother Leo Gagne of Springfield and sisters Elinor Korovae of Springfield and Teresa Gauthier of CA., as well as her four grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brother Francis Gagne and sisters Aurelia "Lillian" Flathers and Beatrice Gagne. Funeral Service will leave from Ratell Funeral Home, 200 Main St., Indian Orchard on Tuesday at 9 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial in St. Jude Church at 10 a.m., followed by burial in St. Aloysius Cemetery.
