Services were held August 5 for Berdena Mae Noble, 85, of Bradford County Manor, formerly of Gillett, at the Olthof Funeral Home, Elmira, the Rev. Charles Root officiating. Interment was in Woodlawn Cemetery, Elmira. Mrs. Noble died on August 3, 1978. She was born December 6, 1892, in Wells Township, the daughter of Enoch A. and Louise S. Roy Kilgore. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn. Her survivors include her children, Ellsworth Noble of Sennett, NY, LaVere Noble of Gillett, Lonnie Noble of Colusa, Cal., Mrs. John (Marilyn) Jones, Jr. of Pine City, NY, Calvin Noble of Orlando, FL and Mrs. Richard (Rosalie) Kingsley of Columbia Cross Roads; sister, Mrs. Maurice (Esther) Warner of Fort Mill, SC; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Lynn (Virla) Kilgore of Troy; 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and cousins.
