Minnie was the daughter of Jacob KOLB (1828-1886) and Wilhelmine Nina DORNBACH (1834-1892).

Minnie was enumerated with her parents and siblings at Wheaton, Chippewa Co., Wisconsin in the 1880 U.S. Census. After her parents died she was enumerated with her sister May at Chippewa Falls, Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, in the 1900 and 1910 U.S. Censuses, where she clerked at a grocery store.

Minerva, of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, married Michael WEBER at Madison, Dane Co., Wisconsin, in 1909 or 1912 [His Obituary].

Michael and Minnie resided at Rice Lake, Barron Co., Wisconsin, north of Chippewa Falls, in February 1917 where he operated the Weber Hotel from at least 1915 to 1920 [His Obituary; Obituary of his mother]. He later operated and was head chef at the Weber Cafe on West Spring St. in Chippewa Falls for ten years.

Michael and Minnie remained at Chippewa Falls until Mike’s death {1930 U.S. Census]. His death there in 1954 was reported by Minnie.

Following Mike’s death Minnie moved to Clearwater, Pinellas Co., Florida, to be with her daughter, Margaret Leona, where she died in 1963.
