Marjorie Robb, 61, of Greenleaf died Saturday, September 29, at the Caldwell hospital. She was born September 1, 1946, in Ellsworth, Kansas, to Peter H. & Leona L. Besthorn.

She graduated 8th grade in Holyrood, KS. Then the family moved to Lincoln, KS for a couple of years and then onto Superior, Nebraska. There she graduated from high school and worked at the Hilltop Café where she met and married Robert C. Robb Jr. in July 1964.

This young couple then moved to Idaho for work. To this union were two children born. A daughter, Carmen Rae born May 1965, and a son, Bradley Alan born 1969.

She loved horses from the time she was 2 years old and she had many horses; this was her favorite hobby. She enjoyed trail rides and pleasure riding. She enjoyed going to church at Parma Revival Center. She liked going to the women's retreat with her friends.

She worked in her early years at Meridian Wood products. It was sold and became Woodgrain Molding. The last 20 years she was employed at JR. Simplot Co. in Caldwell in the stockroom.

She is survived by her mother, Leona L. (Besthorn) Dibben of Caldwell, a brother Danny and Margaret Besthorn of Garden City, KS, daughter and son-in-law, Carmen and Darrin Stricklin of Wilder ID, son and daughter-in-law Bradley and Lorri Robb of Gooding, grandchildren Amanda, Nelson Jr., Audrey and Jonathan Stricklin of Wilder, Marie Ellis, T.J. Walker, Zachary Robb and Cheyenne Robb of Gooding, great grandson Brayden Ellis of Gooding, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father Peter H. Besthorn, her step father Leroy C. Dibben, her husband Robert C. Robb Jr., and great-grandson Jase Ellis.

Services will be Tuesday, October 2, 2007, at 10:30 a.m., at Flahiff Funeral Chapel in Caldwell. Interment will follow at Canyon Hill Cemetery. Friends may call on Monday from 4-8:00 p.m. at the Chapel.
