A Hanover woman, who was injured when she was struck by a car Aug. 28, died Saturday morning at 9:45 o'clock at Hanover General Hospital.
Mrs. Mary A. Robinson, 66, of 423 Carlisle St., Hanover, died of a blood clot in a vein to the lung, according to Dr. Donald E. Withers, deputy county coroner.
Dr. Withers, said the blood clot was secondary to a fractured pelvis, believed to have been suffered when Mrs. Robinson was struck by a car in Hanover Aug. 28.
He said a police investigation would be made into the accident and the results turned over to Dr. Thomas M. Hart, York County coroner, for determination of whether or not the death will be listed as a traffic fatality.
Hanover police reported they had been informed by William D. Brown. 16, Hanover, that on Aug. 28 at about 11:20 p.m. Mrs. Robinson had walked from the side of Carlisle Ave. at Third St. just north of the Western Maryland Railway tracks, and had been struck by his car.

Brown told police he had taken Mrs. Robinson to a physician and waited until she had been examined.
He also reported to police that the examination had revealed no injuries.
Dr. Withers said Mrs. Robinson was admitted to Hanover General Hospital Aug. 30 by her physician. At the hospital she had been undergoing treatment for the fractured pelvis until the time of her death Saturday.
