Mrs. Mary Simpson Dead.
Mrs. Mary A. Simpson, 58 years old, died at her home in Cave Springs at 1:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon. Funeral services will be held from the residence at 3 o'clock this afternoon and burial will take place in the Galena cemetery.

The funeral of Mrs. Mary A. Simpson, 57 years old, who died at 12 noon, Saturday, was held Sunday afternoon from the residence in Cave Springs. Interment was in Galena cemetery.

Mary Ellen Redman was married three times. She first married John Vaulin Boyd, and it is thought that he died around 1892. The couple had many children: Nannie Boyd 1872–1962, John Henry Boyd 1873–1952, Benjamin Henry Boyd 1873–1955, Charles Everett Boyd 1876–1918, and Vaulin Boyd 1879–?.

She next married Henry Virgil Durlin, with whom she had at least 2 children, Henry Virgil Durlin Jr. 1884–1940, and Barney B Durlin 1885–1950.

Her third marriage was to Franklin Pierce Simpson, with whom she had children Orlo Francis Simpson 1889–1973, Franklin Pierce Simpson Jr. 1891–1937, and Nancy Elvira Simpson 1894–1992.
