Born Leonard Chapman in Louisville, Kentucky, during the coarse of his career 1915 to 1963, he is credited in the "Guinness Book of World Records" for having appeared in more films than any other actor. As a trick rider he performed in scores of Western movies and television series. His feature film credits include "The Lone Star Ranger" (1919), "Border Vengeance" (1925), "Untamed Justice" (1929), "The Cactus Kid" (1935), "Oregon Trail" (1945) and "The Canadian Rockies" (1952). For television, he appeared on "The Cisco Kid", "The Range Rider", "The Lone Ranger", "The Roy Rogers Show", "Bat Masterson", "Laramie" and many more.
