Funeral services for Leslie E. Manley, 68, of Columbia were at 2 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Riser and Son Funeral Home with burial in Welcome Home Cemetery at Grayson.

Mr. Manley died Saturday afternoon in the VA Hospital at Alexandria after a lengthy illness.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Mable Lee Manley of Columbia; three sons, Dan Manley of Monroe, Ronald Manley of Durham, N.C. and Mark Manley of Laramie, Wyo.; one daughter, Wanda Byrers [sic Byers] of Monroe; his mother, Mrs. Isabelle Manley of Columbia; one sister, Mrs. Jewel Ledbetter of Monroe; and four grandchildren.

His father was the late Steve Manley who resided on Volman Lake for many years.

Pallbearers were Paul Lale, Glenn Lee, Ronald Lewellyan, J. M. Duplissey, J. B. Chapman and Taylor Hodges.
