Marjorie M. Van Horn, 83

Marjorie Marie Van Horn was born March 25, 1921, in Alliance, Nebraska.

In April, 1959, Marge Hazard married Vernon Van Horn. She was about 38 years old, and brought children to the new marriage.

She owned a fabric store in Blair, Nebraska, but had lived in Vancouver for the past 25 years.

She is survived by two daughters and a son; two stepsons, a brother and a sister, 12 grandchildren; and 40 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon, and a son, Ronald Hazard.

Former Blair business owner Marjorie M. Van Horn, 83, of Vancouver, Wash., died Nov. 1, 2004, at Southwest Washington Medical Center.

Funeral services were held at the Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel, and interment was in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Washington. Memorials are suggested to the Leukemia Society of America.
