She was the daughter of Maud Ethel Pippin & John Franklin Snyder, who preceded her in death, along w/brother Wayne.
Surviving are her sister-in-law Irene Snyder of Cassville; nephews Wayne Snyder Jr. w/wife Barbara & Jerry Snyder w/wife Norma all of Washburn; nieces Brenda Spurlin w/husband Jack of Joplin, Patty Day w/husband Greg of Cassville, Sherry Scott w/husband Glen of Purdy, & Jan Harter w/husband Terry of Republic; several great nieces & nephews plus her closest friends Edna & Herb Woofter of Louisville, KY.
Blanche was a graduate of Cassville High School & then attended college at Drury University. She worked for 45 years as the Naval Chief Secretary in the Pentagon in Washington DC, retiring in Jan 1987. She had resided in Louisville, KY prior to moving to Cassville 2 years ago to be near family. She was a very active member of Hawthorne Baptist Church in Louisville. She was strong in her faith & also in her work ethic. Traveling was one of her favorite pastimes along with reading & helping others. The Republican Party was her strong political choice.
