Mrs. Cinderella White, aged 91 years, of Elkland, formerly of Corning, died July 15, the result of injuries sustained from a fall. She was the daughter of Simon D. and Annis Hurd and was born at Caton, May 22, 1833. At the age of 17 she married John W. White of Watkins. They first resided at Willow Creek, and then removed to Watkins, and later to Corning. Forty years ago they settled in Elkland. Of the three children born to Mr. and Mrs. White, one daughter alone survives, Mrs. Ida Heysham, of Elkland, at whose home Mrs. White died.
