CCC QUARANTINE GOES OFF TODAY

QUARANTINE ON HOSPITAL FOLLOWING MENINGITIS TO BE REMOVED

Quarantine on the hospital at the Blair civilian conservation corps camp at Eleventh and Nebraska streets, placed in effect last Thursday after Roy Ambrose, 18, died there of spinal meningitis, will be lifted today. This was the announcement of officials at the camp last evening.

The regulations were not placed over the entire camp, officers explained, because young Ambrose was isolated during his fatal illness. Ambrose had been in the hospital since December 11 with pneumonia. Meningitis did not set in until December 31.

The body of Ambrose was shipped to Kansas City, Kansas, home of his parents.
