Sherry Elaine Guinn Roberson went to be with her Lord & Savior Thursday, Sept. 13, 2012. She was born Sept. 14, 1937 in Houston, TX to Roy and Hazel Fulgham Guinn. She married Walter Donald Roberson Dec. 20, 1955 and raised 4 daughters. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Genoa for 69 years. She is survived by husband: Walter Roberson; daughters and spouses: Cindy & Steve Hartman; Tammy & Marty Roberts; Laurie & Ricky Caballero; Heather & Bill Arnold. Grandchildren & spouses: Jeremy Byrd; Brandon & Rachael Hartman; Adam Caballero; Justin & Abby Arnold; Bethany Hartman; Michael & Holly Arnold. Sister & husband Krista & Wayne Hovey. Preceded in death by her parents, granddaughter Rachel Hartman, & brother Roy Guinn. Visitation will be held Monday, Sept. 17, 5 - 8 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Genoa, 12717 Almeda Genoa, Houston, TX 77034. Funeral service will be Tuesday, Sept. 18, 10 a.m. at FBC of Genoa. Graveside service will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to FBC Genoa.
