Mr. Billy Ferrell, DSN 4418, was hired as a civilian employee on 06/14/1962 to work in the Laboratory Division as a Identification Technician.. During his career with the Saint Louis Metropolitan Police Department he was eventually promoted to the position of a Latent Fingerprint Examiner. When he retired from the department in 1985, he had 23.38 years of dedicated service to the Saint Louis Police Department.


Ferrell, Billy J. age 65, recently of Pulaski, TN passed away Thursday, November 3, 2005, after a brief illness

Mr. Ferrell, a native of Davidson County, TN, and was retired from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department and a resident of St. Louis for the past 45 years.

Services: Services were held in Loretto, TN with burial in Restview Cemetery.
