Roy Rutledge, 96, of Oakland, Nebr. died Sunday, April 6, 1997 at the Oakland, Nebraska, Memorial Hospital.
Rutledge was born Nov. 13, 1900 in Herman to David and Catherine (Cooper) Rutledge.
He married Josie Miller at Council Bluffs, Iowa on Dec. 18, 1924
Survivors are his wife, a daughter and son-in-law, two sons and daughters-in-law, two brothers, 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, one brother, two grandchildren and a son-in-law.
