A Memorial Service was held on Tuesday, May 19, 2009, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at 10 a.m. at the Kachina Chapel, 6009 Kachina Street NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Interment at Sunset Memorial Park, Albuquerque, NM
