MRS. VADA NAOMI PALMER, wife of Ray M. Palmer, near Boonsboro, died at the Washington County Hospital Tuesday evening of complications after an illness of two weeks, aged 66 years.
Born at Middletown, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Cline) Lemon. She was a member of the Luthern Church, Boonsboro, and a member of the Boonsboro Fire Co. Auxiliary.
Besides her husband she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. William J. Cornell, Hagerstown; sons, Charles R. and Donald E., both of Boonsboro; five grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Russell Moser, near Boonsboro; and a brother, Ralph Lemon, near Boonsboro.
The body was taken to the Bast Funeral Home, Boonsboro, where services will be held Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock by the Rev. Richard Manning. Interment in Boonsboro Cemetery.
