Velda Greene Seagle, age 72 of Sevierville, passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2012. Velda loved music and enjoyed playing the piano. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Sevierville where she sang in the choir. She served as a Court Reporter for Sevier and surrounding counties for many years.
She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Sarah Elizabeth Seagle; mother, Hattie Greene; father, Lawson Greene; special nephew, Jerry McMahan; sisters, Lela Rauhuff, Ida Williams, Doris Jean Greene; brothers, Arville, Curtis, Willie and Paul Ellison.
Survivors include her son, Andy Seagle; sister, Daisy Ogle; granddaughter, Andrea Seagle and special niece, Sandra Byrd.
