James M. Gostin Was my Great Grandfather. He was a doctor in Crawford County.He married my Great Grandmother Eslie Champion January 14, 1892 in Crawford County Georgia. He died July 7, 1902. This was in the local paper;

At his father's home near Carsonville, at 11 o'clock am on
Monday the 7th inst., occured the death of Dr. James M. Gostin,
after a patient illness of several weeks.

He is buried in Rosehill Cemetery in Macon Ga. with his parents and brother. The inscription on his stone reads "ASLEEP IN JESUS"
