MILLARD FANNIN
Millard T. Fannin, 81, died at 8:30 p.m. Friday, May 22, 1981 at Family Tree Care Center, Bloomington.

A private funeral was Tuesday at Lamb Funeral Home, Gibson City, the Rev. Don Funk officiating. Burial was in Mount Hope Cemetery, near Sibley.

Honorary pallbearers were Kenneth Gloyd, Ira Gloyd, Ray Morrow, John Stadler, Frank Henry, and Art Hari.

Active pallbearers were Donald Althouse, Donald Gentes, John Ames, Jim Longnmeyer, Donald Walker, and Ernie Vetter.

Mr. Fannin was born May 14, 1900 in Sibley, a son of Richard and Emma Koehler Fannin. He married Kathie Kent Dec. 1, 1921 in Cropsey. She survives.

Also surviving are four daughters, Emaline Radoes, Phoenix, Ariz.; Eleanor Marshall, Anderson, Ind.; Louise Wilkerson, Greenwood Mobile Home Park, and Jeanne Brownlee, Sibley; two sons, Robert of Dearborn Heights, Mich., and Richard of Citrus Heights, Calif.; a brother Milfred of Melvin, 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Preceding him in death were a great grandson and a sister.

Mr. Fannin owned a trucking company in Sibley from 1939 to 1972.

Memorials may be made to Sibley United Methodist Church.
