Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Rich Jones officiating. Arrangements are by Memorial Park Funeral Home, 6969 E. Interstate 40.
Mrs. Parsell was born in Neodesha, Kan., to Howard Franklin Wilson and Amanda Jane Wilson on Feb. 17, 1907. She was raised in Enid, Okla., with four brothers and two sisters. She married Warren B. Parsell on Jan. 4, 1930. They made their home in Amarillo.
She was preceded in death by her husband; a daughter, Phyllis; and a son, Richard "Dickie."
Survivors include many nieces, nephews and friends.
The family suggests memorials be to the Children's Home, 3400 S. Bowie St., Amarillo, TX 79109.
