GRUBAUGH, CHARLES WILLIAM, SR. (BILL) - 76 of New Market passed away Friday, May 22, 2009 at his home. He was a member of Pleasant Grove Piney Baptist Church and a US Navy veteran having served in Korea and Vietnam. Preceded in death by parents, Jack and Mattie Grubaugh. Survived by wife, Nancy Grace Grubaugh and daughter, Karen Grace Huskey of New Market; sons and daughters-in-law, Charles W. and Janice Leann Grubaugh of Maynardville, Anthony Brice Grubaugh of New Market, Gregory Allen and Angela Dawn Grubaugh of Dandridge, Eric Lee and Jennifer Marie Grubaugh of Knoxville; 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; sisters and husbands, Mary Katherine and Remes Long, Evelyn Lucille Cate of New Market, Ferol Grace and Jack Beckner of Strawberry Plains, Martha Sue and David Large of New Market; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 7 p.m. Saturday Fielden Chapel with Rev. Al Smith officiating. Interment 1 p.m. Sunday Resthaven Memorial Garden with military honors by VFW Post # 5266. The family will receive friends Saturday 5-7 p.m. at Fielden Funeral Home New Market
