Josephine Ann Stowe (Aka: Josie Ann) was the daughter of Richard William "Bill" Stowe and Prudence (Scott) Stowe.

Richard William "Bill" Stow/Stowe married Prudence (Scott) Stowe on January 16, 1870 in Dallas County, Missouri. They were the parents of 5-children (after Bill Stowe died, Prudence married John Adams in 1885).
