Robert "Bob" Benton Black, age 75, of Perryville, Arkansas passed away, Wednesday, September12, 2012.
He was born April 18, 1937 in Altus, Oklahoma. He was the widower of Linda Lou Chancellor Carlson, and was a sheet metal fabricator, served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict, and a member of Harmony Baptist Church.
Survivors include his sons, Clifford Newton Huxley and wife Paula of Riverside, California; Darrell Wayne Huxley of Perryville, and Andrew Wayne Black of Washington; daughters, Sheila Nicholson and husband John of Perryville, and Erica Carlson of California; brother, James Black of Arkansas; nephews, Bill Pevey and wife Doris of Maumelle; Charles Pevey of California; Don Pevey and wife Becky of Washington; niece, Janis Hill and husband Jim of California; grandchildren, Shanna, Cherie, Tawni, Heather, B.J., L.J., Mariah, Darrell Jr., Michalia, and Candice; great-grandchildren, Garrett, Travis, Kirstan, Esme, and Savannah.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 15, at Harmony Baptist Church with Bro. Jim Bynum officiating.
Burial will be at Harmony Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
