Art was a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps and served during World War II. He was a member of Lowell-Smyre United Methodist Church in Lowell. He loved his family and enjoyed walking around Eastridge Mall. He was an out-going person and never met a stranger.
Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife Shirley Salmons Warren; son Steven Warren and wife Jenny; brother Bobby Gene Warren; sisters Celia Greeley, Nancy Hoffman; grandchildren, Haley and Logan Warren and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife Millie Chapman Warren; brother Ralph Warren; sisters Violet Warren, Beatrice Caldwell, Thelma Chitwood, Rita Wilson; Myrtle Ayers and Lucille Warren.
