Isabel was the daughter of the late Raymond W. and Doris Foy Tallmadge. She worked at SNET for 25 years and was a computer programming consultant after she retired. She was a miniature enthusiast and she enjoyed her hobby for many years.
Isabel is survived by her daughter Victoria Seligman and husband Dave, granddaughter Willow, a sister, Lillian Cole, brother, Raymond Tallmadge, nieces Jennifer Cole, Janica Shafer, Wendy Piersall, nephew, Ray Cole Dev, and 11 great nieces and nephews. Funeral services and burial will take place on Saturday September 8, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Riverside Cemetery, Norwalk.
