Ruth Norma Lemp Pellenz, 100, of Syracuse, passed away Thursday. She was a life resident of Syracuse.
She worked for the family business of Lemp Jewelers and Optometrists Store in downtown Syracuse. She was an active volunteer for the American Red Cross.
She was predeceased by her husband, Marvin, in 2001.
She is survived by two nieces, Doris Lemp of Baldwinsville and Janet (Louis) Mannara of Cazenovia; two great-nephews; and a great-niece.
Services are private. Calling hours are 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, 104 Fordham Rd. at Teall Ave.
