DALLAS - Mrs. Mary Haugen, 80, of Prairie Farm, died early Thursday at Apple River Memorial Hospital, Amery.
She was born June 29, 1889 in the Town of Sheridan, Dunn County. She was married Oct. 31, 1937 at Prairie Farm to Ingman Haugen and has made her home in the Prairie farm area since.
Survivors include her husband, Ingman, Prairie Farm; two brothers, Helmer Bakken, of Prairie Farm, and Alvin Bakken, of Ridgeland; two sisters, Mrs Inga Kenyon, Culver City, Calif, and Mrs. Emma Haugen, Prairie Farm.
Funeral services will be held 2:30 p.m. Saturday at West Akers Lutheran Church, Prairie Farm, with the Rev. Chester Blake officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the Miller Funeral Home, Dallas, today afternoon and evening and at the church Saturday from noon until time of services.
