Kenneth R. Spangler, 56, of Centre Hall, died Saturday, March 1, 2008, at home. Born March 2, 1951, in Hublersburg, he was a son of the late Harry and Alice Young Spangler. On June 27, 1997, he married Debbie L. Gunter, who survives at home. He was a concrete finisher. He served his country in the U.S. Army. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Nova and her husband, Jimmy Loner, of Centre Hall; a stepdaughter, Christy Gray, of Altoona; two sisters, Lorraine Yearick, of Mill Hall and Nora Burd, of Lock Haven; a brother, Larry Young, of Centre Hall; and two grandchildren. Visitation will be held from to 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 5, 2008, at Kader-Neff Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 135 W. Main St., Howard. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 5, 2008, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Alan S. Eckenroad officiating. Burial will be in Hublersburg Cemetery, Walker Township.
