Lieut Nathaniel Bowditch
Birth: Dec. 5, 1839
Death: Mar. 18, 1863
Virginia, USA

Nathaniel was the Assistant Adjutant-General on the staff of Colonel Duffie, as well as a member of the First Massachusetts Cavalry Brigade of the Army of the Potomac. He was wounded during a charge at Kelly's Ford, Virginia on March 17, 1863 and died in the camp of the First Massachusetts Cavalry the following day.
